		<description>I ran a marathon in 2004.  My nipples totally bled all through training.  I tried to but band-aids over them to stop the chafing, but I&#039;m hairy and the band-aids wouldn&#039;t stick.  

The other problem is inner thigh chafing.  You have to put a buttload of KY jelly in there before you run.  KY jelly on the nipples helps a little, too.</description>
