Holy shit, I’m not even in Los Angeles but I remembered this sandwich after seeing it on Food Network’s “The Best Thing I Ever Ate: Between Two Slices Of Bread.” Katherine took Petereson and I there about a year ago and I still feel the tickle in my stomach. It was like I got asked out to the prom by every possible kind of cured pig. I wonder if they ship them.
